the hotel had a GREAT location. it was close to the central station, about five minutes walk. the staff agreed to hold my luggage prior to my check-in, which i found helpful. the rooms are big. i liked the clean room. staff gave an iron promptly.

the room had some lights that didn't work. also, a blind was faulty. i found NO phone in the room to call reception for extra pillows.

I found a few things disappointing. the lack of air conditioning was noticeable, especially on warmer days. also, the pictures online did not entirely match the reality of the room. It felt a bit misleading. overall, the discrepancies made me question the accuracy of the listing and left me with a slightly deflated impression.

the shower was quite problematic. it was clogged, so the water pressure was weak. furthermore, there was a lot of heat in the room. the provided fan was very dirty, it needed cleaning!
